The surface of the underside of the stairs is flat, almost non-porous concrete that requires only minimal additional surface treatment. The steps, sub-steps and the visible side of the arm can be surface modified immediately. The great advantage of prefabricated stairs is that they are immediately usable and loadable after being placed in their place on the construction site, without the need for additional support. They are precise, their assembly is simple, there is no need for screeding and reinforcement work, which significantly contributes to speeding up construction. Straight prefabricated arms are produced in various dimensions. The width of the platform is 255-295 mm, the height of the sub-step is 160-185 mm. The width of the arm can be a maximum of 1500 mm. Stair arms are also produced with a landing (if we do not have a load-bearing wall near the staircase, it is not possible to install an intermediate landing as a separate element). In this case, the dimensions of the platform are a maximum of 1500 x 1500 mm. With the proposed prefabricated staircase arms, the principle must be observed that the landing is designed either as a lower or an upper one (it is not feasible to produce a landing at both ends or in the middle of the staircase).
