LEIER hollow panels (LHD) are modern prefabricated pre-stressed ceiling elements, suitable for bridging spaces with large light spans. They are produced in thicknesses of 160, 200, 265, 320, 400, 450 and 500 mm, thanks to which they have a wide range of uses. The panels are suitable for industrial and residential construction, for commercial and administrative premises, sports halls and others. The advantage is the small thickness of the ceiling structure, even with a large static load. They produce in a width of 1.2 m, and in view of this fact, it is advantageous (economically) to design the width of the ceiling structure as a whole multiple of the dimension of 1.2 m. Realization of the ceiling using hollow panels is economical and financially undemanding, and the assembly itself is very simple and fast. No special tools or supports are required, even for large spans. After placing the panels next to each other, a full-fledged load-bearing ceiling is created, which does not require any mounting support and can be immediately loaded, which means that there is no downtime during the installation of the panels. The ceiling has a low area weight, which means less load on the walls and less load on the foundations, which leads to savings on reinforcement. Additional wiring is also possible in the cavities. Finishing the installation is quick, because it is enough to make a reinforced concrete ring and fill the space between the adjacent panels. The time of construction by floors is also reduced - little additional work, less wet process - the underside of the panels is immediately ready for further treatment, without the need for plastering. In addition, it is an economic method of construction - from the point of view of environmental protection, the saving of aggregate, cement, steel and water is beneficial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
