Depending on the load (span), the assembled ceiling offers different thicknesses and strengths of the ceiling structure. The assembled ceiling is used in the construction of family, commercial, health, school, administrative and production buildings. In new buildings and renovations, it is suitable as a ceiling above the cellar, between floors and as a roof ceiling structure. Loggies and balconies can be easily made using projecting ceiling beams with properly dimensioned reinforcement according to the technical plan. The beams can be made under the ceiling structure or in the ceiling structure itself. The mounted ceiling serves primarily to transfer permanent static loads. Among static loads, we cannot include loads from machines, cranes, means of transport, or if the pressure value from their wheels is greater than 7.5 kN. In case of contact of the structure with aggressive gases and liquids, it is necessary to request a written opinion from the manufacturer. Ceiling beams are produced in lengths of 100 to 920 cm in 20 cm modules. The overall construction of the structure is simple and cheap due to the low weight of the individual elements. No surface formwork is required during assembly, only linear support.
