Zmeny na trhu ovplyvnili aj spr\u00e1vanie b\u00e1nk, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa tie\u017e obozretnej\u0161ie v tom, komu a za ak\u00fdch podmienok poskytn\u00fa hypot\u00e9ku. \u00darokov\u00e1 sadzba nar\u00e1stla a \u00favery, ktor\u00e9 teraz pon\u00fakaj\u00fa u\u017e nekryj\u00fa 90 %, ale len 70 % z ceny nehnute\u013enosti.
