Filigree ceiling panels are such reinforced concrete ceiling panels that are designed, manufactured and adapted to the given shape of the building. Leier filigree ceiling panels are 50 mm thick reinforced concrete ceiling slabs that combine the function of a supporting structure and lost formwork. The static design is always created for a specific order, which guarantees the maximum cost-effectiveness of the reinforcement. The properties of the filigree ceiling are the same as the monolithic ceiling, but the implementation is much faster and simpler. It is not necessary to make formwork as with a monolithic ceiling. The lower surface of the panels is smooth, the surface treatment is very simple and fast (squeegeeing). LEIER ceiling panels are the lower formwork element of reinforced concrete ceilings, in which the bearing and distribution reinforcement of the ceiling is already built in. The width of the panel is max. 2400 mm, length max. 8000 mm (panels longer than 8000 mm can be made to order).
