Leier solid wall panels

Plné stenové panely Leier

Statically designed solid reinforced concrete panels are made from the same concrete as filigree wall panels (C25/30). The thickness of the walls corresponds to the requirements of the building, but must have min. 100 mm. With these panels, concreting "in situ" is omitted, individual panels are connected dry. Panels are connected by welded or screwed connection. The reinforcement needed to create the joint is inserted directly into the panel during production. In some cases, the connection is made with a monolithic joint. They can also be advantageously used for elevator shafts and perimeter walls of underground garages. Solid panels are most often used for load-bearing internal wall structures as perimeter walls or as plinth panels of buildings where there are low demands on the thermal insulation properties of the walls (e.g. unheated hall, etc.).
