Leier filigree walls

The walls are produced in high quality and in a variety of shapes according to the customer's individual requirements. They consist of two reinforced concrete slabs, already connected by spatial reinforcement during production (vertical main and horizontal distribution reinforcements). The statically necessary reinforcement is already built into the boards, which ensures the maximum economy of the structure. After concreting the intermediate space, double filigree walls form a full-fledged replacement for monolithic walls. They are used for quick and economical construction of underground and above-ground parts of buildings. By using this custom-designed system, the construction time is significantly shortened, thereby reducing the total construction costs and significantly saving working time. Assembly is quick, as no additional formwork or reinforcement is required. They are mainly used for the construction of: retaining walls, basement walls, walls separating individual housing units, elevator shaft walls. By using filigree wall panels, it is possible to create walls with a thickness of 18, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 cm. The surface of the walls is smooth on both sides, almost without pores and thus ready for troweling and subsequent painting or wallpapering, without the need for plastering.
